The lessee will be responsible for the care of the unit during the term of the rental period.

The rental period is one (1) school year that will terminate the spring semester of 2024.

The lessee will give written notice if the unit is moved to another location during the school year.

The lessee shall return the unit clean and dry at the end of the lease term.

The lease term will end in the spring semester during finals week. The lessee is responsible for knowing the procedure and/or times and locations for return prior to the dates posted.  

If the lessee does not know the schedule, they will either contact us in writing 2 weeks prior to the beginning of finals or check our website wwwunivprog.com for the dates that will be posted by that time.

To be responsible for paying a replacement cost of the unit is not returned to University Programs LLC
